Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vji.app and the vji AI cheat sheet generator (the "Service"), operated by the team behind vji.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in the EU) to use the Service. If you are under the required age, do not use the Service.

Accounts

You sign in with Google; email-and-password login is disabled. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it. You may delete your account at any time from within the Service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Vji offers a free plan and paid subscriptions: Starter, Pro, and Max, each available monthly or annually. Prices and allowances are shown on the pricing page and may change.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your billing portal or by contacting support@vji.app.
Cancellation stops future renewals; paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled case by case through your payment provider and our support team. To request a refund, contact support@vji.app.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Creem, or Waffo). Vji does not store your full card details.

User Content

You retain ownership of the text and images you submit and of the cheat sheets we generate for you. By submitting content, you grant vji a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, host, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service — including, for free-tier sheets, displaying them publicly as described below.

Because outputs are generated by AI, layouts or content similar to yours may be produced for other users. We do not guarantee that any cheat sheet is unique.

Watermarking and Visibility

Free-tier cheat sheets are watermarked and publicly visible by design; you may not make them private.
Paid-tier cheat sheets carry no watermark and may be kept private at your choice.

These rules are determined automatically by which credit balance funded a generation and are not user-configurable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, explicit, or otherwise harmful content, including images you do not have the right to use.
Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or networks.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
Use the Service to distribute malware or other harmful code.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or abuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that generated cheat sheets will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
